Guest's Obligations
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages. You also agree that you are fully responsible and shall pay for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, assessments and other amounts arising out of your reservation when due, including additional taxes and fees that may not be included in the quoted rate. You understand that any violation of the Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages conditions may result in cancellation of your reservation and you forfeiting any money paid for such reservation and Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages can debit your account for any costs it incurs as a result of such violation.
Force Majeure
Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences or causes beyond the control of the Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages. Such events, occurrences or causes (not limiting to) such as terrorist activities, weather, pandemic outbreak strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire and explosions etc.
Governing Law
These Reservation Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh and the courts of Himachal Pradesh only shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute in relation thereto. As per the Govt. Regulations, all travellers including children (mandatory) must carry their I.D. proofs for smooth Check-In. Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages has the right to refuse the check-in, if the guests fails to provide the I.D. and the guest will be responsible to bear the charges of the room as stated in the cancellation policy.
Check in and Check out Time
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. The guest is requested to kindly inform the Resort the time of arrival one day in advance for smooth check-in.
Online Reservation procedure & policies
Website enables you to check the accommodation offerings, rates and availability of rooms. On completion of the reservation process the Reservations Department will transmit an online confirmation of your reservation. A reservation is only valid when a reservation number has been issued.
Hotel Prices
The prices indicated on the website for the rooms are subject to availability. Breakfast or Dinner is only included if indicated in the rate policy. Taxes and any other charges are only included if indicated in the rate policy.
Payment
NEFT/RTGS: Guests are requested to deposit the 100% of the booking amount into Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages account to secure the booking. The booking will be confirmed once we receive an email along with the supporting details. In the case of a no-show or a cancellation or a change to the reservation the cancellation / no-show policy will be applicable.
Refund & Cancellation policy
If the booking is cancelled before 30 days of date of arrival no retention charge shall be applied, within 30-15 days from the date of arrival 50% retention charges shall be applied, 14-7 days of arrival 75% retention charges shall be applied , and 6-0 days of arrival / No- Show, 100% retention charges shall be applied
Rate/ Reservation Validity
Reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience. Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages retains official records of reservations and transactions, including details of your stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications or variations between this confirmation and our official records, Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages official records shall prevail. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and will have legal consequences.
Early Arrival/ Departure
In case of early check-out, Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages will not make any refund and the guest will be charged for the full stay. Early check-in/late check-out will only be given subject to availability and would be charged extra.
Currency
Reservations will be charged in the hotel’s local currency i.e. INR as shown on the website or given over the telephone/any other correspondence at the time of booking. Any currency conversion is for guidance only. Any deposits or pre-payments will be deducted from the final reservation invoice in the hotel’s local currency. A refund of a deposit or prepayment, if any, will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your payment card provider at the time of any such refund and may differ from the exchange rate applied at the time such deposit or prepayment was made.
Pre-paid Reservation's
Some rate plans require prepayment in full and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This will be identified in the rate description. For these rate plans, once you make a reservation your credit card/debit card/ bank account will be charged for the full amount or the full amount has to be deposited into Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages account through Cash/RTGS/NEFT. Credit will not be given for any unused reservation and the amount paid by you for such reservation cannot be used toward any other/future reservation or against any other guests booking.
Overbooking
In the event that a guest cannot be accommodated due to overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, Dev Bhoomi Farms & Cottages will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable property at its sole discretion in the area for the night(s) for which the Resort is unable to accommodate such guests.
Special Requests
Resort will strive to honour any request for specific room types or bed types. Until specific confirmation is issued, your request cannot be guaranteed and the Resort cannot guarantee that your request will be honoured. Each room accommodates 2 persons and there is a provision of 1 extra mattress in each tent at an additional cost.
Child Policy
Children up to 5 years shall be accommodated free of cost without extra bed, extra bed if required shall be charged additionally. Children between 5 years to 11 years shall be charged as an extra child as decided by the Management.
Above 11 years of age will be charged as an extra adult. Please bring age proof of children if any. In the absence of age proof, it will be up to the Management’s discretion to charge or not to charge any extra amount.
Taxes
All government taxes are subject to change at any time. Any changes in the currently applicable taxes will reflect in the rates offered and will change the overall costing for the event accordingly.
Professional Photography
Professional photography or Videography is only allowed with prior permission from Resort Management. If guests are found to be violating this condition then appropriate penal amount shall be charged as deemed fit by the Management.
